Imagine hundreds of smiling faces, festive poses, and joyful holiday moments coming together to create one spectacular piece of artwork! Our Photo Mosaic Wall brings individual guest photos together to reveal a beautiful, larger-than-life holiday masterpiece as your celebration unfolds.

Whether you're hosting a corporate Christmas party, employee appreciation event, holiday gala, winter festival, or community celebration, our Photo Mosaic Wall brings everyone together — even those who can't attend in person!

A Seamless Addition to Your Photo Experience

Our Holiday Photo Mosaic Wall is offered as an add-on to any of our photo booth experiences or onsite photography services, whether your photographer is hired through Party Rentals by Us or provided by you.

From our Selfie Booth, Magazine Booth, and 360 Video Booth to professional event photography, photos and video captures can contribute to your one-of-a-kind mosaic masterpiece.

Every Picture. Every Video. One Bigger Picture!

Each eligible photo or video captured through your connected event experiences contributes an image to the mosaic, creating a growing visual celebration of everyone who participates.

Remote Employees? No Problem!

Have remote workers, out-of-town team members, or guests who can't attend your celebration in person?

They can still be part of the bigger picture!

Remote participants can upload their selfies from wherever they are, allowing their photos to become part of the same holiday mosaic alongside those attending in person.

It's the perfect way to unite remote, hybrid, and onsite employees in one shared celebration, regardless of location.

How Does the Holiday Photo Mosaic Wall Work?

1. Capture the Memories

Guests take pictures or record videos through participating photo booths, onsite photographers, or approved photo submission options.

2. Include Everyone — Near or Far

Remote employees and guests can submit selfies, ensuring everyone has an opportunity to participate in the holiday experience.

3. Watch the Mosaic Come to Life

As photos are collected, individual images are added to the mosaic, gradually revealing your custom holiday design, company logo, or festive message.

4. Enjoy a Monitored Live Experience

During live events, a dedicated attendant carefully monitors submitted images to help ensure appropriate content appears in your mosaic. This provides an added level of oversight for corporate celebrations, family-friendly gatherings, and public events.

5. Celebrate the Big Reveal!

Watch as everyone's contributions come together to create one incredible holiday masterpiece that represents the people, connections, and memories shared during your celebration.
